Howard T. Scott is a proud yacht owner and a newly published author. He treasures abundant time aboard an 80-foot Burger, named Capricho, which he bought seven years ago and essentially lives aboard. As an author, Howard just published his first novel, Rascal on the Run, a legal thriller set in Athens, Georgia.
